- A property inception report attesting to the lodging’s compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Show that there is enough room on the property for the couple to live comfortably.
Proof of your proficiency in the English language
You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at least at the A1 level on the CEFR scale in order to be considered for a UK Spouse Visa.
