    Understanding the Different Phases of a Construction Project

Understanding each phase could lead to a smoother and more productive process, whether building a house, a commercialized space, or even a large basic project.     Design Phase

    Pre Construction Phase

    • Systems Installation: Essential systems, such as exciting wiring, plumbing, HVAC heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, were installed. This step was coordinated and guarded to avoid conflicts between trades.
    • Interior and Exterior Finishes: Once the basic building is up, walls are insulated, wallboard is hung, and doors, windows, and roofs are installed. Inside, elements like floors, cabinets, and fixtures were added.

    Post Construction Phase
